Consulta telefónica rápida, aclaratoria y muy satisfactoria.
Envio muy rapido y ateniéndose a lo especificado.
Producto de prueba (Relax) muy bueno, no huele nada a química y lo mas importante a mi perra le ha gustado, por lo que en breve realizare un pedido ya en firme y aprovecharé para comprar algunos "premios" que parece les gustan por naturales.
¿Me podeis aconsejar sobre que premios tienen mas aceptacion?.

He pedido 2 veces en altudog. Los pedidos no llegan nunca al 100% congelados. Siempre llega un poco blando, en especial las visceras. La calidad es evidente, a mis perros les encanta.
