mi opinion es que me han engañado, dicen que para compras superior a 40 € no cobran portes y ami me lo han cobrado, creo que sera la primera y ultima vez qe les pida.

Answer Ajo Negro de Amefruits Gourmet
Hola, hemos revisado su pedido y a la hora de seleccionar el transportista, tiene la opción de envío gratuito a través de Correos 48 - 72 horas o la opción de envío urgente 24 horas que tiene un coste de 5.94€. A lo anterior, hay que añadir los 3€ por la gestión del reembolso que en este caso siempre se cobra independientemente del importe del pedido.

Espero haberle servido de ayuda y trataremos de compensarle por el malentendido en su próximo pedido.

La rapidez en el envio perfecto. la presentación del producto muy deficitària. Encargue 10 packs de cinco cabezas. Me enviarón una bolsa de correos que no se porque causa no era hermètica y dentro una caja de cartón abierta no precintada con una bolsa de plastico no cerrada y en su interior 48 cabezas sueltas . Yo pense que iban en packs precintados y no sueltas una a una. En estas condiciones no se puede presentar el producto.

Hola, sentimos mucho que el empaquetado del producto no fuese el adecuado. Debíamos especificar en la descripción del producto que ese en concreto va a granel.
