El envío fue rápido y efectivo. El producto llego, cómo se esperaba, en perfecto estado y con todas las piezas necesarias para su montaje. La atención al cliente no hemos tenido que usarla por lo que no tengo opinión para valorarla. Pongo un dos por poner necesitar poner algo.

¡¡ NO COMPRÉIS NADA EN ESTA PÁGINA WEB !! Me ha llegado el mueble roto. Atención al cliente me dice que envían una pieza nueva, pero un día después me dicen que no, que es demasiado cara, que es culpa del transportista y que no pueden hacer nada. NO RECOMIENDO A NADIE QUE COMPRE NADA CON ELLOS.

¡¡ NO COMPRÉIS NADA EN ESTA PÁGINA WEB!! Me ha llegado un mueble roto y se han desentendido del tema. En atención al cliente me dicen que me enviarán una pieza nueva, pero al día siguiente me dicen que no puede ser, porque es casi tan cara como el mueble. UNA EXPERIENCIA MALÍSIMA CON ESTA EMPRESA. Dicen que la culpa es del transportista, y que ya no pueden hacer nada. NO RECOMIENDO NINGUNA COMPRA CON ELLOS.

Todo ha salido perfecto. Tanto el mobiliario que he comprado como el envío ha sido totalmente recomendable pues llegó todo en perfecto estado y era de las calidades que esperaba, así como en el tiempo deseado.
Cabe destacar también la excelente gestión on line y telefónica de Manuel.
Una vez finalizada la obra todo ha quedado muy bonito.

Hola la antencion muy buena súper efectiva pero el envío les llame para que no me lo enviarán en un horario y aparecen con el paquete provocando perjuicios así que con el envío muy descontenta

lamentamos que su experiencia con el transporte no haya sido satisfactoria. Cuando se realizan los envíos siempre se proporciona a la agencia el teléfono y las observaciones que nos indica el cliente. Si el repartidor en cuestión no respeta las indicaciones, es algo que lamentablemente no podemos controlar.
