El producto aún no ha llegado, aunque en la página web decía que el envío sería de 48 hs. Han pasado 10 días y no llega!!! Cuando me he comunicado con la empresa no han sido amables, solo diciendo que llegará la siguiente semana, al decirle de las 48 hs su respuesta fue: “no ha leído que la sig semana”!! Espero que cuando llegue el mueble al menos esté bien.

Buenos días Rene,
lamentamos que la información dispuesta en la web le haya llevado a confusión con el plazo de entrega. Trataremos de dejar esta información mejor especificada.
Hemos revisado las 2 conversaciones que tuvimos con ud. a través del Chat y pensamos que en todo momento se le trató con amabilidad. Se le informó que tal como consta en nuestro apartado "Plazos de entrega", los pedidos en stock se entregan en 24/48h, pero los que no se encuentran en stock dependen de cada fabricante concreto. Según la información que nos consta no nos consultó de forma previa el plazo de entrega para su compra concreta.
Ayer día 30 se le envió a su correo el nombre de la agencia de transportes, así como su número de seguimiento. Esperamos que la entrega se haga de forma correcta y sin incidencias.

en las instrucciones de montaje dispone de un teléfono de postventa directo del fabricante en el que le podrán solucionar cualquier pega que haya tenido con el mueble.
