En general muy contenta con la compra aunque la alfombra tenía un olor bastante desagradable no sabemos si del almacenamiento o del transporte. Hemos tenido que ventilarla y usar un absorbe olores antes de colocarla.

La atención ha sido buena, pero con el hombre (Nicolás)que he tenido que tratar, he tenido que estar todo el rato detrás de él, llamándole sino era por una cosa era por otra ....ya me conocía la chica que me cogía el teléfono, no sé si era la recepcionista, por cierto majísima y muy atenta. Nicolás con el chico que he tenido que tratar , pues bueno podía haber sido mucho mejor , he devuelto un cabecero y he comprado otro. Todavía estoy esperando a que me abonen el dinero del que he devuelto....Vanesa fue en un primer momento la que me atendió y fenomenal encantadora y enseguida me arregló "el problema " que tenía. Por lo demás el cabecero es muy bonito y original.
