Trato excelente.
El paquete llegó 1 día más tarde, pero contacté con la tienda vía whatsapp y atendieron mi petición con rapidez y eficiencia.
Los pedidos se evían de forma manual, así que es normal que si compras en fin de semana (como hice yo), hasta el lunes no tengas actualización del pedido.
Simplemente hay que 'ser paciente' puesto que nos hemos acostumbrado a la actualización instantánea de los estados en los pedidos, incluyendo en fines de semana y festivos.
En resumen, valoro la experiencia positivamente, lo recomiendo y volvería a comprar.
En nada ya estrenaremos el cochecito!

Nos gustó mucho, el color precioso, buena calidad, facil de usar y colocar, contentos tanto con el producto y como la atención de la tienda. Pedimos online y nos avisaron si el producto estaba disponible o si tardaba más y cuando lo enviaban.
