Fatal! Una falta de respeto con el cliente y de responsabilidad por parte de ustedes. Lastimosamente la agencia con la que han enviado el producto también es una irresponsable esta es la fecha y aún no recibo el pedido cuando me dijeron que tardaba en llegar de 24h a 72h ya ha pasado el límite de tiempo que me han dado para la entrega y siguen posponiendo la fecha de entrega todos los días dan una fecha nueva. La empresa de logística ni siquiera sabe que producto se me debe entregar. Que lastima por que todo esto deja muy mal parados a la empresa centro bebé. Me estoy pensando en devolver la compra por todas estas incidencias compra que va sobre los 800€

Me dieron a elegir un color alternativo para no tener que esperar más tiempo, por falta de stock. No son compras que se hagan con prisa, pero sí que se echa en falta una fecha aproximada de entrega. Aun así, el envío no se demoró.

Tengo dos modelos anteriores: Una Montecarlo y una I-Quarzt. Esta Iracer tiene algún detalle que me gusta menos que la IQuartz, como la falta de apoyabrazos y un espacio menor por el que pasar el cinturón, en la parte baja. También parece que el cabezal molesta un poco más en los hombros del niño. Por lo demás, todo correcto, incluido el transporte.

La cuna se ajusta con la descripción. Fácil de montar. Todavía no está en uso pero espero que le guste al bebé.

La silla esta bien, es liviana y compacta, nos gusta mucho, el único pero que tengo es que la patilla del freno no esta bien pensada y se puede frenar el carro incoscientemente segun vas andando con el.

Muy buen trato y amables, pese a la huelga de transporte llegó casi en la fecha prevista y son muy atentos.
La sillita perfecta, muy practica por tamaño y manejo. Plegada cabe detrás de una puerta y no es nada endeble ! Buena calidad/precio.

En principio fue una recomendación de unos amigos y nos decantamos por ella por ser muy segura, cuando la recibimos quedamos encantados con ella, no sólo por la seguridad que aporta al bebé en caso de accidente, también vimos lo cómoda que era para meter y sacar al niño al poderla girar y lo cómoda que le resulta para descansar en nuestros viajes. Lo mejor de todo es que va acompañando al niño en su crecimiento y así te olvidas de tener que estar mirando otras cada vez que cambia de peso o etapa. En cuanto atención al cliente y rapidez se merece un 10. Todo genial!!
