Todo correcto, aunque el textil me vino abierto tal cual metido en la caja de la minicuna, sin su embalaje ni nada aunque llevaba la etiqueta. Se podrían cuidar esos detalles.

Aparte de venir mal, cuando trajeron el envío, no me lo quisieron subir a casa, alegando que pesaba mas de 20kg,
Al reclamar a la empresa me dijeron que sería cosa del repartidor de turno.
Yo por mi parte llamé a la empresa de mensajería (envialia) y me dijeron que solo estan obligados a llevarlo hasta el portal. Total... un despropósito, porque se dedican a vender productos de gran volumen que podrían recoger embarazadas.

En cuanto pase el puente iniciaré los trámites de cambio o devolución.

Todo genial. Compré el producto durante sus vacaciones y aún así me atendieron así que un 10 para ellos.
Me dieron alternativa ya que la combinación exacta del producto se tenía que encargar e íbamos justos de fecha para el nacimiento de la niña por lo que escogí lo que tenían en su tienda y en menos de 24h al abrir ellos, me llegó a casa.

No lo hemos usado todavía ya que no ha nacido aún nuestra niña. De todas formas, lo hemos dejado ya montado y es espectacular. La tela se nota mucho más buena que de otras marcas similares. La estructura, capazos etc son muy ligeros y fáciles de montar y desmontar en el chasis.
