El producto es de 5 estrellas.
Respecto a la logística, deberían incluir que suban el aparato al domicilio, y no a pie de calle. El coste es elevado y por un producto así este servicio debería estar incluído o, al menos, dejar muy claro que se necesitan dos personas mínimo para moverlo.
Tuve problemas para esta gestión y la respuesta inicial no fue muy empática. Luego ya mejoró.

Hola, muchas gracias por su valoración. Le pedimos disculpas por si ha habido un malentendido en este aspecto. En el momento de formalizar la compra, aparece en el transportista lo siguiente: "(ENTREGA A PIE DE CALLE)". En las condiciones de envío, igualmente aparece. Además, el día del envío se envía un correo indicando que la entrega es a pie de calle. Hablamos con usted y comentamos de concertar una entrega para que pudieran ayudarle a subir el equipo. Lamentamos de verdad muchísimo las molestias ocasionadas y trabajaremos para mejorar aún más la información con nuestros clientes. Lamento también que el primer contacto con uno de nuestros compañeros no fuera el más acertado, nuestras más sinceras disculpas. En las siguientes llamadas, explicando el malentendido y demás creo que se quedó resuelto. Es importante para nosotros su opinión ya que gracias a esta mejoraremos para conseguir la excelencia. Gracias por su feedback y estamos aquí encantados de volver a atenderle!
