Antes que nada, gracias por tomarte el tiempo para dejarnos tu opinión. Vemos que no estás contento con la demora en la entrega y eso nos preocupa. Vamos a aclarar puntos 👇

Quiero recordarte que desde que hiciste el pedido, y a pesar de que hubo un error inicial por tu parte, nos movimos rápido para arreglarlo. No solo eso, sino que también enviamos la máquina antes de recibir el pago completo, algo que no es habitual. Y te mantuvimos al tanto de todo, porque sabíamos que te urgía. Con solo el justificante bancario de la diferencia, Javier movió ficha para preparar el pedido

Sí, es verdad que hubo un retraso, pero fue por el transportista, algo que estaba fuera de nuestras manos. Y lo sabes. Te llamaron para decirte que se entregaba ese día y mintieron. Tenemos culpa? No. Sin saberlo te llamamos para saber si estaba todo en orden. No estaba y llamamos a la agencia y te devolvimos la llamada. El día siguiente llamaste, muy enfadado y volvimos a llamar a la agencia. Por fuerza mayor el chofer no pudo entregar el día anterior. Pedimos disculpas y te transmitimos que lamentablemente así había sucedido. Por otro lado, entendemos que te tenías que desplazar a más de una hora de tu ubicación. Y a nosotros nos fastidia que te hayan hecho eso. Pero es que con esta valoración ya nos rematas injustamente. Nos esforzamos por darte un servicio de primera y nos duele que, por un problema ajeno a nosotros, nos califiques tan duro.

Te pedimos que consideres todo el esfuerzo y la atención que pusimos en tu pedido.

El embalaje viene roto

Lamentamos sinceramente que el embalaje de su producto haya llegado en mal estado. Sin embargo, tras revisar las fotos que amablemente ha compartido, observamos que el embalaje no muestra signos de daño. La parte de abajo tiene una ligera raja, que con el corcho que tiene arriba va a provocar que el equipo esté perfecto, que creemos que es lo que desea, que haya llegado el contenido intacto. El embalaje está para proteger. Es importante aclarar que este tipo de situaciones son excepcionales y que, de hecho, nuestros productos están diseñados para ser transportados con una protección máxima.

Nos esforzamos constantemente en asegurar que cada artículo que sale de nuestro almacén esté en perfectas condiciones y protegido adecuadamente. La integridad y la calidad superior de nuestros productos son nuestra prioridad, y esto queda demostrado en la manera en que cuidamos cada detalle del empaquetado y envío.
