A primeira encomenda entregue a horas e óptimo serviço, a segunda o silêncio foi total. Nem encomenda, sem respostas pelos vários canais de contacto, parece que fecharam as portas.

Encomenda a 09/05/2021 e hoje, dia 20/05/2021 não recebi qualquer encomenda. Mandei mensagens que não respondem, email também não e o telefone dá como anulado. Assim, a minha opinião é péssima, não funcionam.

Boas tardes eu fiz duas encomendas uma em 18/04/2021 e outra em 21/04/2021 de tabaco VIRGINIA LEMO onde diz que as folhas vem inteiras e recebi duas encomendas com as folhas todas partidas como em anexo mando fotos no email enviado em 05-05-2021 enviei vos um email [email protected] com as fotos da encomenda que recebi e nao tive qualquer resposta .Em 18/02/2021 fiz encomenda do tabaco VIRGINIA LEMO e as folhas vieram inteiras e agora vieram todas partidas ( moídas) nao e isso que diz na pagina de encomendas diz folhas inteiras.
Fico a aguardar resposta ao meu email comprimentos.

Estimado,vendedor, el ultimo pedido recibido ,no es exactamente lo que pedi, hojas lemon enteras, y me habeis mandado todo triturado.Pues la maquina que yo tengo para picarlo lo hace polvo , y eso como comprenderas no es bueno. Asi que pensare en volver a comprar,un saludo.

Lo he devuelto por que el pedido era hoja entera y me habéis mandado trozos de hoja y no es Virginia lemon.
No recomiendo a nadie que compre en vuestra página.

Muy mala la gestión tanto en contacto con vosotros como en entrega del pedido tardo por lo menos 3 semanas en llegar y encima como ya he dicho antes no era lo que yo pedí .
De echo mi próximo pedido un que me cueste mas caro lo pedire a otra tienda.
