Me habeis enviado lo que no pedi, cachos todo seco y mezclados yo pedi dos kilos de hojas, no restos. Os he escrito dos veces por wasap y imeil y no he recibido respuesta.
Tiempo atras os he hecho dos pedidos mas y esos vinieron perfectamente, pero este ultimo para tirarlo directamente y como digo no he tenido respuesta alguna por vuestra parte

Pedí hoja entera y me enviaron strips muy seca. No estaría de más envolverlo en plástico, viene suelto en caja de cartón. Hace más de un año que compro y siempre he quedado contenta pero en los 2 últimos pedidos he notado un cambio a peor

Atención al cliente tardía.
El reparto vino 3 veces sin avisar y sin que me mandasen el aviso,aparte de la actitud del repartidor de SEUR.
Es un coste de 8€ por un servicio urgente de 24h y tardó 72.
