O e produto e serviço sao optimos a unica coisa que tenho a reclamar e que tem encomendas que nao sao me enviadas e demora muito tempo para ser enviada tenho de repetir a encomenda ate ser enviada eviei varios emails e nunca me foi respondido o porque nao me enviam a encomenda e a demora tao grande ate ser enviada.
Quando as coisas correm bem o serviço e muito bom rapido e o produto de boa qualidade obrigado.

Os escribi a los emails, al numero movil que teneis en la pagina, al chat de la pagina, aun estoy esperando respuesta.
Me llego 600g de restos en vez de hoja entera, en una caja de carton sin bolsa ni nada de proteccion, para que no pierda toda la humedad. Como e dicho antes sin darme solucion en los intentos de contacto en los que explico la situacion incluso con fotos.

Vaya una mierda que me habéis enviado. Esto no se puede llamar tabaco. Me habéis enviado la mitad tierra y otra mitad de podrido. Seguro que este mensaje no lo van a publicar. Pero si lo publican ni se os ocurra comprar aquí. Estafadores. Me debéis de devolver el dinero.
