Lo que me gustó es que es suave y no se desprende la piel. Con un sabor diferente al resto de alubias, quizás un poco parecido a la azuki. Lo que no me gustó es que en alguna alubia se notaba un sabor como de estar almacenada, no sabría describir muy bien.
