Buenisimas. Preparación muy simple y todo en crudo: agua, sal, pimentón de la Vera, cebolla, zanahoria, una patata pequeña y un trozo de un jamon curado. El rerultado: caldo espeso, las lentejas enteras, piel muy sueva, lentejas con cuerpo.

Buenisismas. Las he preparado casi sin sacramentos y todo en crudo: agua, aceite oliva, pimentón, zanahoria, tomate entero , sal y un trozo de no mas de 50 g de jamón curado. Hice para dos dias.
Una vez cocidas a disfrutar: no se han desecho, caldo espeso, no habia piel y las alubias cremosas. Espectaculares. Lo mejor las del dia despues. Aun mejores.
No quiero imaginar como estaran con un poco de chorizo y morcilla de Burgos

Despues de disfrutar con las alubias de la virgen, les toco el turno al caparron pinto. Misma receta. Mismo resultado. Buenisimas.
Tengo pendiente probar las mandilin, las amarillas y la alavesa que pedi en el mismo pedido, y creo que seguire disfrutando.
