Bastante bien para su precio. Me llego un refuerzo de madera en mal estado, pregunte por medio del asesor de la pagina, y sigo esperando a que me digan como se procede, menos mal que no afecta al uso solo es estetico.

9% Diseño- 4,5% Ejecución= Malos ajustes entre piezas- Manual de montaje 2% =Casi hay que estudiar un master, tengo 72 años y no es el primer kit que monto. Ni comparación con los manuales de IKEA. Demasiadas piezas pequeñas para ahorrar volumen del embalaje.

Hice el pedido el día 11, hoy día 19 aún no ha llegado. Han pasado 8 días ya, cuando el envío debió llegar 3 o 4 días después. Espero que mañana día 20 llegue. Una vergüenza.
Atención al cliente muy maja aunque me dijo que ayer días 18 el pedido estaba en reparto y no es verdad.

buen dia, el transportista NO aceptó dejar el billar dentro de la casa porque debía subir una escalera.
Adjunto foto de la situación donde nos ha dejado el paquete
Disconformidad con este transportista
No he podido evaluar el producto aún dada la situación.
Debo contratar a otras personas para que vengan a montar el billar.
