Hola! El trató con la empresa es bueno pero el de la empresa de transporte pésimo ya que no se cumplen los plazos de entrega y se desentienden mi dijeron una fecha de entrega y aún no hemos recibido el pedido.

La empresa de transportes fue un desastre.. Afortunadamente quedó compensado por la profesionalidad y amabilidad de su departamento de ventas y, en particular, por la Srta. Nadia, que se ocupó de solucionarlo. Un 10 para Devessport y un 0 para la empresa de transportes. Al menos la mesa de billar llegó en perfectas condiciones.

El billar venia muy bien protegido, el transportista muy muy amable, en 4 dias ya lo tenia. Respecto al billar me parece perfecto por este precio, es muy jugable y por ponerle alguna pega pues el tapete se ve que habra que cambiarlo en poco tiempo pero eso significara que le estoy dando uso y las troneras mas alejadas apenas devuelven las bolas, le falta pendiente para que lleguen comodas al cajon, para mi es un mal menor.Estoy contento con la compra.

SE HAN EQUIVOCADO EN EL ENVIO, ME HAN ENVIADO UN FUTBOLIN QUE NO ERA EL QUE HABIA PEDIDO. NO HAN SIDO CAPACES DE ENVIARME EL FUTBOLIN CORRECTO MEDIANTE MENSAJERO URGENTE PARA RECIBIRLO EN 24 HORAS Y NO HE PODIDO TENERLO EN EL ESTRENO DEL LOCAL. SI ES CIERTO QUE ME HAN REALIZADO UN 10 % DE DESCUENTO POR LA EQUIVOCACION PERO ESTO NO SOLUCIONA EL PROBLEMA OCASIONADO.

No estamos nada contentos con la compra del fútbolin. Es d muy mala calidad las barras se traban y se salen... las pelotitas rebotan.... y el tubo de abajo se dale todo el tiempo. Necesitamos una respuesta a la reclamación urgente
