Muy decepcionada con el pedido, quiero presentar una reclamación porque no me ha llegado completo, era un kit que incluía 2 cajas, una con la ginebra, las tónicas, 2 copas y dos especias y otra caja en estuche seriagrafiado con otras especias que no me la habéis enviado. Ya de por sí, el envío ha tardado mucho mas de lo previsto, era para un regalo que iba a entregar el día 8 de agosto, y me he quedado con el regalo a medias. La presentación también deja bastante que desear...

con respecto a los pedidos a pesar de llegar uno roto, estamos contentos porque se nos cambio sin problemas. y el paquete esta muy bien!! y con respecto al transporte si recomendaría que cambiasen de transportista ya que he estado con varias en estas fechas y con ninguna he tenido problemas sin embargo esta no te avisa de la recepción solo del ausente y cuando quieres dar solución en la pagina web siempre esta fuera de servicio. pero la tienda perfe.
