Desde el 28 de agosto que realicé el pedido y pagué a día de hoy solo tengo un pedido recibido roto y siguen sin darme solución. Llevo muchos días llamando y ni me responden al teléfono. Mi experiencia de compra en esta web ha sido nefasta.

Fue rapido en llegar un vez que solucione el pedido por haber un error en la web pero un poco disgustada porque uno de los aromatizadores que he pedido caduca el 4-9-17 y recibi el pedido el 30-8-17 nos tenemod que aligerar bastante en tomarlo.

La tienda perfecta, la gestión de cine, el embalaje perfecto pero el envío un desastre. Seur lo manda a través de tiendas de informática y es un desastre. Me enviaron dos paquetes y sólo me dieron uno. Tuve que volver días más tarde. creo que funciona mejor correos.
