Hubo un problema con las tonicas, se habia acabado el producto. Eché en falta que me lo notificarán antes de enviarlo, pero al menos nos enviaron una de calidad similar

No puedo puntuarlo mejor teniendo en cuenta que me llego otra tónica en lugar de la monelli, de lo que además no se me avisó. Me enteré al abrir la caja

El envío fué fuera del plazo indicado y tuve que ir yo a buscarlo, así que menuda gracia lo del precio de envío. En cuanto al producto llegó con la tapa de la caja rota por la mitad. Al ser un regalo lo tuve que dar así pero si no lo devuelvo. No se si es todo culpa del transportista pero no he quedado demasiado contento con la compra, la verdad.

La atención al cliente, por otro lado, muy competente y amable. La vuestra, no la de seur.
