Bonjour,
efficace dans l'envoi des échantillons, par contre je vous avais demandé un panel de bleus et ils ont été mis comme ça dans l'enveloppe sans moyen de les identifier.
Donc pour les couleurs approchantes c'est galère même en s'aidant du site.

Les coupons envoyés étaient parfais, le colis bien fait, mais le temps entre la commande et l'expédition effective était trop long (je ne parle pas du transport, mais bien du temps écoulé entre la commande et le dépôt du colis chez le transporteur). Ces délais étaient normaux il y a quelques années, mais ne sont plus les standards des délais d'expédition actuels.
