Il n'est pas normal de ne pas signaler à un client qu'un tissu n'est pas plus disponible et qu'il fasse faire des démarches car le tissu est comptabilisé et qu'on reçoit un avoir. Cela implique de devoir recommander sur le site et il faut envoyer un mail pour récupérer l'argent. Le client n'a pas à subir une mauvaise gestion des stocks surtout que dans mon cas un autre tissu de ma commande était acheté pout combiner avec et je me retrouve donc avec un tissu dont je ne sais rien faire pour le projet que j'avais en tête.

Notre service préparation vous a envoyé un email via [email protected] en date du 24/03 vous signifiant une non-conformité sur un des articles de votre commande, celle-ci ne nous permettant de l'expédier , sans réponse de votre part le 25/03, la commande a été expédiée par nos soins .L'avoir que vous avez reçu n 'est en aucun cas un bon d'achat à valoir , mais un justificatif à titre informatif du remboursement effectué par nos soins le jour du départ de votre commande .
