Al pedir congelado,el envio se realizo por otra empresa de reparto y hubo un par de retrasos,pero la atencion al cliente siempre estuvo de la mano,en contacto conmigo y soluciono el problema en ultima instancia.

El secreto hecho a la plancha con su propia grasa, un espectáculo. Si quieres variar, el solomillo sellado ( marcarlo por el exterior) y envuelto en hojaldre está delicioso.

Sencillamente exquisita. A la plancha, toque muy ligero de aceite ( con su propia grasa se hace perfectamente), dejarla crujiente por fuera y muy poco hecha en el interior y a disfrutar.
