Desafortunadamente, la paleta me salió excesivamente grasa. Jamón un 15 % y el resto todo grasa. El sabor del jamón exquisito. De todos modos no tengo mas que elogiarlos,por que contacté con ellos mediante fotografías para hacer extensivo el hecho, y enseguida tramitaron mi queja y buscaron una solución. A pesar de este echo fortuito,seguiré confiando en ellos.
