He echado en falta el nombre del producto. Había comprado la sobrada Costa de Salazar de Extrem, pero no venía en ningún sitio la referencia a Costa de Salazar por lo que tenía dudas si era el mismo producto que había comprado. Menos mal que ahora al recibir el mensaje para valorar la experiencia aparecen los dos nombres. Creo que sería adecuado que se pusiera el nombre completo del producto en el envoltorio.

Como sugerencia únicamente decir que al igual que el jamón se puede enviar cortado a mano y envasado al vacío, con el lomo se podría hacer lo mismo.

Entrega muy rápida, un par de días, y muy bien embalada ( los sobres de 80gr son muy cómodos). Sabor muy bueno, aunque la de este año me ha salido un pelín salada y ligeramente más dura que las de otros años. Aún así seguiré repitiendo. Muy recomendable.

El mes pasado hice un pedido de un jamón y un lomo y el mismo día que lo recibí el pedido me mandaron un correo diciéndome que con ese pedido regalaban unos platos y yo por recibirlos ese mismo día no me los dieron un detalle de muy mal gusto y poca categoría de una empresa en cualquier otra empresa que yo he comprado me dijeron espérate a mañana que hay está oferta pero en esos detalles está la diferencia

Ya he hablado por WhatsApp dos veces con ustedes porque a las pocas horas de recibir el pedido me mandaron un correo que si compraba una paleta me regalaban cuatro piezas de cerámica y yo acababa de recibir el pedido y no me las dieron no lo veo serio ni de una atención a un cliente que acaba de hacer el primer pedido que siempre tienen un detalle los jamones no son como el pan que hay que comprarlo todos los días he quedado muy desilusionado y otra cosa con el pedido también pedí una botella de vino de 11€ y cuando le doy a pagar me cobraban 16 € 5 de transporte cuando mi pedido Hera de 325€ y también me quedé sin el vino para ser el primer pedido no me queda ilusión
