Deberías poner en la tienda on line los ingredientes. Si llego a saber que lleva conservante no lo compro. Tampoco me gusta que lleve fibra de guisante, ni maltodextrina, pero lo peor el conservante. Por lo demás, ok. Todavía no he encontrado un salchichón eco sin ajo que esté ok . El de dehesa de Maladua estaría bien si en lugar de grasa llevara carne de cerdo, es todo grasa.

Me regalaron recientemente un pequeño tubo ¿ de 200gr.? de un lomo de Uds. sublime. Y por eso me animé a comprarles medio lomo y medio salchichón.
De momento sólo he abierto el lomo, y está bueno (4.5), pero no es igual. Si les da alguna pista, el que probé inicialmente estaba embuchado en tripa natural, y este reciente en tripa sintética.
El packaging es sencillamente ¡¡¡¡ espectacular !!!! Los guardo en el expositor de mi cava.
