Muy bien el envío y la atención, pero éste no fue el producto que nos llegó. Nos llegó el mismo cambiador en azul, en estampado bastante más feo. Como era un regalo y me urgía, no lo pude devolver.

Fatal, hice un pedido que me enviaron incompleto sin avisar y les dices algo y con decir que están descatalogados los productos se quedaron tan tranquilos. Si no vais a mandar algo se avisa porque yo no quería tantas cremas lo hice para cubrir el transporte gratuito. Un horror todo. Muy cabreada y decepcionada. Encima las cremas eran más caras que en otra farmacia 5 euros más cada una solo que tenían los champu mirto de klorane. Al final me quedé sin dos champus y con dos cremas de mierda más caras y encima que me van fatal, me he llenado de granos, mierda de serum de letisr.

¡Si no pudiera dar estrellas, lo haría! Les envié un correo electrónico 5 veces porque me enviaron el producto equivocado y me gustaría un reembolso, pero no han respondido. Ahora tendré que enviar una queja oficial.
