Hice un pedido de mascarillas de la marca aachen que es la q usamos y la farmacia nos x envío la marca q quiso son preguntar . No estoy nada contenta porque yo si lo hubiera sabido no hago el pedido y menos pagar ese dinero por otra marca. Eso es publicidad engañosa anunciar una marca y enviar otra de baja calidad.

Despues de varios pedidos satisfactorios, he tenido una muy mala experiencia, más teniendo en cuenta que se trataba de la comida de mi hijo(leche de formula).Un pedido demorado en mas de una semana, cuya farmacia finalmente ha sido una diferente a la designada inicialmente. Una semana sin recibir respuesta alguna a los multiples correos y llamadas emitidas tanto de la farmacia en cuestion como de la plataforma(Farmacias 1000) que lo gestiona. Un periodo de incertidumbre finalmente resuelto, eso si,sin justificacion y/o disculpa al respecto.
