Aunque sea compra online me han llegado mensajes continuos de todo el proceso y y los emails de estimación de tiempos ya que por experiencia los emails de las mensajerías no son exactos porque soy automáticos, pero dentro de la normalidad, ha llegado paquete correctamente. Muy amables en atención al cliente al solicitar el producto ya que no estaba en el catálogo y tardaron muy poco en subirlo a la web. muy cómodo.

El precio del producto estaba mejor en esta web que en otras por eso me decidí a comprarlo. Fueron bastante lentos con el envío, no llegó cuando dijeron que me iba a llegar, tardó como 10 días, esto es algo que deben mejorar. Como tardaba, me puse en contacto con el teléfono de atención al cliente y fueron muy muy amables.
Seguramente vuelva a comprar.
