Me encanta este protector, llevo años comprándolo. La pena es que ya en este ultimo bote le han oscurecido el color, y es aun más oscuro que antes. Espero que realmente añadan más tonalidades, porque sin ser en verano, ahora mismo me cuesta mucho adaptar el tono del protector solar, a mi tono de piel.

¡Hola!, desde Farmaten hacemos todo lo posible para que los procesos desde que compra hasta que tiene el paquete en sus manos sean lo más eficaces posibles, pero al depender de empresas externas intentamos mediar lo máximo posible, si nos manda un email o un whatsapp contándonos con más detalle su dificultad con el transportista le enviaremos su comentario para que lo tengan en consideración. un cordial saludo

¡Hola! hacemos un seguimiento para poder mejorar todos los procesos desde que realiza su compra hasta la entrega de los paquetes. En su caso hemos comprobado que lo entregaron al día siguiente de la fecha "estimada" pero está dentro del plazo que informamos en los plazos de entrega de los paquetes. Su paquete ha sido entregado por Correos Exprés, ya que vemos que habla de la empresa Seur, igualmente agradecemos su opinión ya que es importante para nosotros, un cordial saludo del equipo Farmaten.
