¡Hola Lidia!, Desde Farmaten hacemos todo lo posible para que los procesos desde que compra hasta que tiene el paquete en sus manos sean lo más eficaces posibles, empaquetando los productos en cajas y con protecciones , pero hay factores externos que no podemos controlar ✈️ lamentamos mucho que las cajas hayan llegado con golpes, enviaremos su comentario al transportista para que lo tengan en consideración. El producto ha funcionado perfectamente y no ha generado ningún tipo de reacción en una piel sensible y atópica. No realizo ejercicio regularmente pero mi trabajo requiere cierto esfuerzo físico y con este desodorante consigue eliminar el olor durante prácticamente todo el día
