Buenas Claudia, nos hacemos cargo de la recogida cuando es error nuestro. En su caso como nos indica en su correo: "queria devolver las dos fundas porque al final no me sirven y queria devolverlas".
Si no le gustan o se ha equivocado de modelo, aún admitimos la devolución y le devolveremos el dinero. Pero no podemos hacernos cargo del envío al no ser error nuestro.

realicé la compra hace un mes y no me convenció mucho porque la parte de delante no se ajusta al movil bien, entonces cuando tengo que escribir tengo que apretar muy fuerte porque sino no escribe. Eso sí, la calidad de imagen genial.

como no hay estrella para calidad del articulo pues alli lo teneis, por algo será? Cristal templado es un plástico gordo y que no corresponde con la pantalla real por culpa de eso me la rompí ya que no pude ponerla al final.. Insistí mucho antes de la compra que se la mía del huawei p40 lite, además la funda da fallos con sensor de proximidad... Al final lo barato sale caro

Buenas, los cristales 9H son así, cubriendo solo la parte LCD de la pantalla (lo que se enciende). Los cristales 3D, full glue, flexible glass, y UV son los que cubren el frontal completo. Dependiendo el modelo están unos u otros disponibles. Estos 4 últimos son mas caros, y se ofrecen al 50%, el 9H es el mas barato, y lo regalamos con la compra de cualquier funda.

Estoy muy satisfecha con mi compra. Los productos que venden son de calidad y recibí mi pedido en el plazo de tiempo indicado.
Además me asesoraron muy bien por el chat porque tenía dudas sobre el protector de pantalla para mi móvil.
