Lo pedí el día 5 de agosto y lo he recibido el día 19. Si no llamo por teléfono todavía no lo hubiera recibido. Tuve que comprar en otro sitio porque me quedé sin ello. La empresa de reparto Beraland muy mal.

Buenos días, sentimos mucho su situación. Miramos de ser los más rápidos a la hora de sacar los pedidos. De hecho su pedido salió el día 6 de agosto. Sin embargo, alguna vez el transporte se retrasa más de lo que nos gustaría a todos por causas a veces indescifrables. Y el volumen de pedidos en estas fechas de agosto acentúan estas situaciones no deseadas. Entendemos su posición y trabajaremos para que no vuelva a suceder. Muchas gracias por su reseña.

Hola Jordi, este papel separador de hamburguesa se acostumbra a utilizar en máquina hamburguesera automática, y el agujero es para poner en el eje dispensador de papel de la hamburguesera. Gracias por el comentario

Buenos días David, nos constan 2 pedidos suyos, uno que salió ayer y recibirá hoy, y otro de hace unos días que hubo una incidencia en el transporte. Los compañeros de logística han estado encima de ello y ya se lo han comunicado a usted mismo. Disculpas por las molestias en el retraso. Son fechas de mucho tráfico y las agencias de transporte no reparten con la celeridad que a todos nos gustaría.
