Hola.
Recibí el film de termosellar perfectamente pero no soy capaz que selle las bandejas, se queda despegado de las bandejas, creo que es por ser demasiado grueso( mucha galga).

Hay posibilidad de cambiarlo por otro que crean que me puede funcionar??
o cambiarlo por otro articulo de su tienda??
este tipo de film no me vale.

Hola! Respecto su situación con el film que nos compraste pueden pasar varias cosas. En primer lugar el material del film y el material del envase tienen que ser del mismo material, en este caso de material PP (polipropileno). En el caso que envase y film no sean de PP los 2 no te sellará. En segundo lugar y si te aseguras que el material del envase a termosellar es de PP y el film no se pega, li más probable es que tengas que ajustar la temperatura de sodadura de la termoselladora subiéndola hasta quie el film termoselle correctamente. Si la subes seguro que te sellará.
Prueba de revisar estas 2 indicaciones y en el caso que no te sellara podemos cambiar el film por otro que te vaya bien, o incluso por otro producto. Quedamos a la espera de tus noticias al respecto! Gracias por contactar con nosotros!
