Lo mejor que he hecho, al principio intente hacerlo por la página oficial de la dgt, pero no lo recomiendo, para mi fue lioso y al final me cobraron y no pude hacerlo. Menos mal que leyendo por internet di con esta web y en menos de una hora lo tuve. Merece la pena pagar un poco más y quitarte de dolores de cabeza. No dudeis yo lo volvería hacer!

Buenos dias , el informe no nos llego , les mandamos un mail reclamando el informe y no han contestado.
este se pidio el dia 2 de agosto , y el cobro tampoco lo hicieron el dia 2 de agosto , y ahora me envian el mail diciendo que me parecio?
Nos han cobrado ayer dia 5 sin enviarnos nada , les ruego devuelvan lo cobrado a la tarjeta de credito. Ya que no enviaron nada y tuvimos que pedir el informe a otra empresa.

Hemos revisado su caso y el servidor de correo, había bloqueado el email a nosotros no aparece enviado pero su bandeja de entrada lo rechazo. Tenemos documentación técnica del servidor de correo que podemos aportarle. Pongase en contacto mediante email para la devolución.

Al hacer la compra se envia en poco tiempo un correo electríco con un enlace para descargar el informe.
informe completo, entrega rápida. Todo bien pero...
1) ENVIO: Hay que tener cuidado porque el enlace de descarga tiene caducidad. Es necesario descargar y grabar el pdf en el ordenador. Si te confias y piensas volver al correo para descargar el informe mas adelante te arriesgas a que caduque el enlace y no tengas acceso al informe que habias comprado.
2) ATENCION AL CLIENTE: Estoy intentado contactar por correo electrónico y por teléfono para pedir una copia del informe y nadie contesta. Dias 1 y 2 de agosto 2019, ¿ están cerrados por vacaciones? En tal caso etaría bien un aviso en la web y en la locución telefónica que me está indicando que "por favor, espere".

Hasta ahora, he pedido 3 informes. Los 2 primeros me llegaron en menos de 2 horas. El tercero, tuve que reclamarlo porque ya habian pasado 16-18 horas y parecía que se habian olvidado. Una vez reclamé, lo tuve en menos de 1 hora
