Ya me quejé de que no cumplieron horarios de servicio y su respuesta fue que recibí el informe aunque sin mencionar que cuadruplicó el tiempo que prometía su anuncio.

Buenas
Revisando las incidencias, observamos segun los datos del servidor de correo, que la solicitud del informe se realizo por su parte el 4 de jul. de 2019 a las 22:18 y el informe se envió el 4 de jul. de 2019 a las 22:45 dentro de plazo con bastante margen. pero los registros del servidor de correo indican además que el correo con el informe no entro en su bandeja de hasta las 00:52 porque estaba bloqueado por el servidor de su correo. También se le escribimos un mail desde atención al cliente indicandole que la tramitación se habia efectuado con normalidad y en fecha y hora.

Solo decirle que en su caso cuando es su servidor el que bloquea el correo no podemos hacer nada, porque dicho extremo es indetectable, ya que nos mostraba enviado correctamente.

lamentamos que todo ello ocasionase un retraso.

El compromiso era “en menos de una hora”, tardó más de cuatro, no llegó a tiempo y perdí una opción de compra. No estoy satisfecho, no recomendare su página, dispongo de horas de los emails de petición pago y su respuesta a mas de cuatro horas.
