Para contactar mínimamente con la empresa y saber en que situación estaba el pedido muy mal, no hubo forma y siendo un pedido urgente como es una depuradora en pleno verano, que no se trataba de una colchoneta. No saber en que estado esta el pedido y cuando llegará y no poder comunicar con la empresa bastante frustrante.

Necesite la depuradora de urgencia en pleno verano y al final se sirvió a tiempo, pero la comunicación con la empresa penosa, en la web no se actualizaba el pedido y no sabias muy bien en que estado estaba hasta que se entrego a la empresa de transporte, cosa que tardo pasado bastante tiempo. Pude contactar con la empresa a duras penas pero pasaban los días y no se aclaraba que ocurría con el pedido. Por lo menos sería de agradecer que de alguna forma te atendieran por chat o por teléfono para decirte lo que fuese.

Cuando lo compre había existencias, y me lo cobraron en el acto. Pero una semana más tarde ya no había existencias y ya me devolverían el dinero... Para devolver el dinero no fuisteis tan rápidos como para cobrarlo... 2 semanas para que me dieseis mi dinero. Al que lo lea, que sepa cómo se hacen las cosas por aquí...

Es incomodísimo. Imposible dormir del ruido que hace al menor movimiento. Ya he probado a hincharlo más y menos por si influía esto pero no se soluciona el problema. He tirado el dinero porque solo lo he utilizado dos noches y no he podido descansar nada.
