Estimado Armando, agradecemos su valoración y su comentario. Le pedimos disculpas por la demora en la entrega de su pedido. Sin embargo, en la fecha en qué se realizó la compra, teníamos un gran volumen de pedidos. Además la agencia de transporte también estuvo teniendo problemas con la entrega. Sin embargo, tenemos cosntancia de que finalmente el pedido fue recogido en uno de nuestros puntos de recogida el día 28/12. Un saludo, Equipo INTEX.

Sin embargo, la agencia de transporte nos remite que su mercancía se encontraba en la delegación de destino lista para ser recogida e intentaron contactar con usted pero no obtuvieron repsuesta por su parte.
