pues muy muy y mil veces muy , mal, no atiende por telefono y el whasttapp. es mejor que lo que lo eliminen nadie contesta, su pagina web, no funciona para pedir una facturas, su e-mail, despues de enviar 10, contesta a uno y me nada una factura de un cable increible, que YO HE PEDIDO UN COLCHION CONTRA Y NO UN CABLE DE 8 €

falta, y falta como dice mi nieto, ya vamos a poner una denuncia contra ustedes, en paypal, y que NO les pagen el pedido, ya que ustedes se niegan a enviar la factura
y si siguen asi, a la agencia tributaria por no entregar un factura de un iva, que han cobrado
Y VOY A RECOMENDAR QUE NO CONTRA A USTEDES

Nunca recibi el pedido, sumamente decepcionado. Iba a pedirlo en Amazon pero lo pedi por intex porque pense que iban a tener mejor servicio al cliente, pero no fue el caso.

No obstante, no se acabó de preparar hasta el día 27/12 y la entrega se realizó el 28. Pues en esas fechas teníamos un volumen bastante grande de pedidos. Sentimos la demora en la entrega.
