En conjunto estoy contenta con la compra. Envío muy rápido. Inflado y desinflado, tal como prometen, fenomenal. Pero, sin poderlo comparar con otros colchones, pierde parte del aire durante la noche. No como para no poder dormir, pero si como para perder parre del confort.

O Colchão é bom mas a Intex tem recusado a enviar-me a fatura em nome da empresa, dados que dei desde o momento da compra, no passado dia 27.12.2023.

Dizem que por defeito nunca vem vem essa informação, temos de solicitar e até hoje dia 11.01, não tenho a fatura retificada.

Já contatei o departamento de apoio ao Cliente, tentei enviar incidências para retificarem a situação e como o motivo é faturação/documentação, nunca funciona. Reportei ao Apoio ao Cliente e disseram que iam reportar a situação e continua tudo na mesma. Não volto a comprar esta marca.

Tem sido um pesadelo!

Ya lo hemos estrenado, aprovechando una visita familiar en estas fechas. Muy buenas sensaciones. Es estable y cómodo. El hecho de que no tenga válvulas manuales de vaciado, como el modelo anterior que teníamos de la misma marca, da más seguridad. Eso sí, es algo más pesado y voluminoso. El sistema de motor integrado con el cable recogido también es mejor que el que teníamos. El precio es razonable y el envío fue muy rápido y en fecha.
