No era lo que necesitaba, me equivoque yo al pedirlo, pero se agradece que tengan en stock este tipo de manillas, porque al ser de modelos de puerta antigua no son faciles de encontrar.

Aunque en las especificaciones ponía que el interejes solo alcanzaba 104mm, me fie mas de la ilustración en la que si aparecían los 108 mm que necesitaba, y efectivamente pude instalar la cremona sin ningún contratiempo.

Claro que puede devolverlas, puede consultar nuestra política de reembolso en nuestra tienda on line, aún así le llamaremos para explicárselas. Es muy importante comparar los planos que acompañan a cada producto en la tienda on line con lo que tenemos en casa, porque en muchas ocasiones a simple vista parece el mismo producto y luego no lo es. También puede enviarnos alguna foto de su cremona a [email protected] y le podemos ayudar a decidir cual es la correcta.

Cumple su función pero tienes que tener mucho cuidado con la cerradura porque se rompe

Hola Daniel, lo primero agradecerle su comentario, comentarle que introducir una cerradura en el pequeño espacio que deja la maneta de una cremona es complicado, ese es el motivo por el cual no se le pueden acoplar cerraduras de mas seguridad y se montan con cerraduras pequeñas similares a las que nos podemos encontrar en un buzón. Si se siguen las instrucciones de uso que facilitamos, tal y como usted dice, cumple su función, no se rompen y nos bloquea la apertura de la ventana evitando que se abra.

El producto se ajustó perfectamente a la descripción. Además, la cremona estaba protegida originalmente con plástico liso y de burbujas, perfecto para un transporte "normal" . Desgraciadamente, el producto llegó con un golpe o abrasión que desconchó la cremona, y que se produjo durante la manipulación de MRW, puesto que el sobre plástico de la empresa de envío presentaba una rozadura exterior que alcanzaba el envoltorio original (no me di cuenta en el momento de recepcionar el pedido) ... Así que recomiendo que se revise el paquete.
Sin embargo, la comunicación con el vendedor ha sido fantástica, y muy recomendable.
