Une catastrophe ! Les housses ne sont pas à la taille que j'ai commandée et le S.A.V nul. Un dialogue de sourds.... Bref, 3 semaines d'attente pour environ 70€ de housses et voilà, inutilisables. Enfin, je vais voir avec le service juridique de mon assureur et de la société où je travaille.
Je ne demande que 3 choses simples : adresse où déposer mon colis, adresse de retour, numéro de retour et prise en charge officielle par maxihousse du retour ou remboursement.
Je reçois des mails me disant ''on envoie un transporteur'' sans précisions aucunes alors que je travaille, un transporteur m'envoie un SMS à 7h05 pour me dire ''je suis à tel dépôt '' alors que je n'ai pas été prévenu.... Bref, à fuir !

Super!!! Gute Passform fürs Ikea Beddinge und auch der Stoff gefällt. Hätte die Farbgebung allerdings etwas heller erwartet, sieht aber dennoch toll aus.
