Muy mal. Compré una funda elástica para un sofá de tres plazas. Descripción de su web: " Funda de sofa ajustable confeccionada en tejido elástico." Resulta que mi sofá es ancho y no le entraba ni en cola, cuando voy a querer devolverla , me dicen que haga fotos de mi sofá. Las hago y me dice que "solo hay que ver la foto de la web para ver que esa funda es demasiado pequeña para mi sofá" , ni que yo fuera profesional. Me dan la opción de devolverla y de comprar una por 81,87€ más los gastos de la devolución. Por supuesto, en la nueva funda pone que se adapta a todas las superficies, pero es que uno no puede estar mirándose toda la web, en la que yo compré ponía elástica y ajustable para sofá de tres plazas, un diletante piensa que entrará en el sofá, como han entrado todas las fundas que he comprado en otras empresas.

Hola, Celia. Lamentamos que tu experiencia no haya sido la esperada, pero nos gustaría aclarar brevemente lo sucedido:

— Los sofás no son estándar: Varían mucho en formas y volumen, por lo que ofrecemos distintos tipos de elasticidad en nuestras fundas. El modelo que compraste es el más económico y con menor elasticidad de nuestro catálogo; queda genial, pero solo en el sofá adecuado. Para modelos más anchos como el tuyo, se requiere una gama superior.

— Calidad del tejido: Garantizamos la calidad de todas nuestras fundas. Viendo las fotos, quizá el problema con los hilos se debió a una tensión excesiva al intentar estirarla y forzarla en un sofá con un volumen muy superior al recomendado.

— Atención al cliente: Te pedimos fotos para asesorarte y ofrecerte una solución adaptada a tu sofá, no para incomodarte. Para evitar estos fallos, siempre recomendamos usar el asistente de medidas (formulario) que tenemos en la web antes de comprar.

Por nuestra parte, ya te hemos enviado a tu correo las instrucciones para que puedas proceder con la devolución si así lo deseas. Un saludo.

Es una opción bastante buena, si no quieres comprar una funda completa para el sofá, la tela es super elástica, aparte de que hay varias medidas, se ajusta estupendamente.

Las fundas son estupendas, y quedan genial. He comprado varios articulos en Maxifundas y todos son de una calidad excelente, el servicio de atención al cliente es rápido y te aclaran todo. El envio, también es cómodo, en mi caso, por si no estoy en mi domicilio, hago que lo entreguen en un punto de recogida.
