Délais de livraison : Votre commande a été passée pendant les jours fériés de la Semaine Sainte, son traitement a donc débuté le 7 avril. S'agissant d'un article de confection spéciale, l'expédition a été effectuée dans les délais indiqués sur notre site pour ce type de fabrication sur mesure.
Frais de retour : Nos conditions de vente détaillent les frais logistiques appliqués. Malgré cela, nous vous avons fourni une étiquette de retour pour faciliter vos démarches, que vous avez choisi de ne pas utiliser.

Délai d'expédition très long ( 3 semaines) et frais de retour des articles à notre charge. Je me suis trompée de taille pour la housse de clic clac et pour faire un échange avec la taille au dessus , je doit repayer des frais de port en plus de ceux de retour ( 7 euros) et d'expédition ( 6 euros) de la housse reçue. Conclusion, j'ai renoncé à faire une nouvelle commande et ne commanderai plus sur ce site.

When I first ordered the couch cover I accidentally chose the wrong orientation for the cover. I sent a message to the store and they promptly changed the couch cover to the correct one. The covers I bought came on time and the fabric they use is incredible. Best couch covers I ever purchased.
