When I first ordered the couch cover I accidentally chose the wrong orientation for the cover. I sent a message to the store and they promptly changed the couch cover to the correct one. The covers I bought came on time and the fabric they use is incredible. Best couch covers I ever purchased.

Lamentamos que a sua experiência não tenha sido satisfatória. No entanto, gostaríamos de explicar o motivo técnico pelo qual isto pode acontecer, especialmente em peças tão específicas como as poltronas de orelhas.

Este tipo de poltronas varia muito em termos de volume e tamanho das "orelhas" e do encosto. O modelo que adquiriu pertence à nossa gama de elasticidade padrão e, quando as costuras cedem, é um sinal claro de que o tecido foi submetido a uma tensão excessiva por não se ajustar perfeitamente às dimensões da poltrona.

Para evitar que o tecido trabalhe forçado, recomendamos sempre modelos com um tecido mais técnico e de maior adaptabilidade para poltronas com muito volume. Se nos tivesse consultado antes de realizar a compra, teríamos aconselhado qual a capa mais adequada para as medidas específicas da sua poltrona, garantindo assim um ajuste perfeito e uma maior durabilidade.

Productos de muy buena calidad, totalmente recomendable. La tela tiene cuerpo y textura, y se ajusta perfectamente a los sofás, tanto es así que parece que no llevan funda. La cantidad de medidas que dan permite que elijas el tamaño que más te convenga. Es la primera vez que uso fundas y volvería a repetir sin duda.

Nous sommes vraiment désolés de ce qui est arrivé à votre housse. Après avoir examiné la photo que vous nous avez jointe, nous souhaitons préciser un point important concernant l'utilisation du produit.

Toutes nos housses sont soumises à des contrôles de qualité stricts, mais pour fonctionner correctement, elles doivent être adaptées au volume du canapé. Sur la photo, on voit clairement que les coutures ont cédé en raison d'une tension excessive : cela se produit lorsque le canapé a un volume supérieur à ce que le tissu peut supporter.

Le modèle que vous avez choisi est l'un de nos modèles les moins extensibles. Pour les canapés aux formes plus volumineuses, nous recommandons toujours des modèles offrant un degré d'élasticité plus élevé, capables de mieux supporter la pression. Si vous nous aviez consultés avant l'achat, nous vous aurions conseillé sur le tissu le plus technique et le plus résistant pour les dimensions spécifiques de votre canapé, afin d'éviter précisément que le tissu ne soit soumis à une contrainte excessive.
