Sentimos que la espera se le haya hecho larga, pero nos gustaría aclarar los tiempos de gestión. Su pedido entró en preparación el 16 de marzo y se envió el día 26; por tanto, el proceso total fue de 10 días y no de tres semanas.

Normalmente este artículo está disponible para envío inmediato, pero al agotarse el stock, tuvimos que confeccionarlo de nuevo para usted. Le pedimos disculpas por la demora; es el tiempo necesario para mantener nuestra producción íntegramente en España con materiales nacionales, lo que nos permite asegurar la calidad del producto final aunque el proceso sea un poco más lento que una importación.

In diverse occasioni ho avuto contatto con l'assistenza via mai hanno sempre risposto con delle soluzioni per la spedizione.
Da migliorare sarebbe interessante avere un foglio con delle spiegazioni per il montaggio e più strisce di gomma piuma per il bloccaggio

Housses très correctes, mais 1 mois d attente la 1 ère fois pour la réception sans qu ils répondent à mon interrogation, et çela fait déjà un mois sans nouvelle pour la 2 ème commande... Communication nulle!

En ce qui concerne la communication, nous n'avons reçu qu'un seul e-mail de votre part, le vendredi 20 mars, auquel nous avons répondu le lundi 23 mars. Nous vous invitons à vérifier votre dossier de courrier indésirable.

En ce qui concerne les délais, comme indiqué sur notre site web, les articles que vous avez commandés font partie de notre gamme fabriquée sur commande (dans un délai de 10 à 12 jours ouvrés). Quant à votre deuxième commande, les jours fériés de Pâques ont légèrement allongé ce délai, mais ne vous inquiétez pas : votre colis a déjà été expédié et vous le recevrez sous peu.
