GlS als Lieferant ist ganz schlecht. Es wird gar nicht versucht das Paket zu den Besteller zubringen. Sondern gleich zum Paketshop gebracht.

Material und Passform gut. Passform beim 3 Sitzer besser. Verarbeitung könnte besser sein. Lieferdienst GLS ganz schlecht, versucht erst gar nicht die Lieferung zuzustellen, sondern gibt die Ware gleich beim Paketshop ab.

Tal y como indicamos tanto en la web, como en las instrucciones de devolución, las fundas deben ser devueltas en perfectas condiciones, de lo contrario, la devolución no es aceptada. Nos devolviste la funda llena de pelos de animal, te enviamos correo con las fotos y te devolvimos la funda sin coste. No se trata en ningún caso de que no hayamos respetado tus derechos como consumidor, se trata de que el artículo fue devuelto en malas condiciones no cumpliendo las normas y la devolución no fue aceptada. Muy mala experiencia al devolverlo. La funda no se ajusta a nuestro sofá que tiene cojines extraíbles y se deforma con la funda. Se negaron a devolverlo cuando no se utilizó la funda. La justificación es engañosa y lamento no haber tomado fotografías para demostrar que no hubo uso y que la cubierta salió de mi casa en perfecto estado. Una vergüenza! He presentado una queja al Centro Europeo del Consumidor y me han informado de que la empresa no ha respetado el derecho de desistimiento. Estoy esperando a que se resuelva el caso.

I copridivani Kivik Willow rispecchiano fedelmente la descrizione del venditore ed i colori sono quelli visibili sul sito. Si adattano perfettamente ai divani Kivik Ikea ed il tessuto è bellissimo. Rinnovano il divano rendendolo praticamente nuovo. Il prezzo è indicato per un prodotto superiore alla media reperibile on line.

E entrega foi expedita. As capas adaptam-se bem ao formatos dos sofás e são agradáveis ao toque, contudo saem facilmente da posição quando nos sentamos e movimentamos. As esponjas não as conseguem manter nos locais.
