El envío del paquete bien, al igual que el embalaje y el lugar de recogida.
Por parte de la funda no tan bien, de primeras para ponerla no era nada evidente, no trae ninguna marca de la postura en que hay que ponerla y al ser una sola pieza elástica, no se ve fácilmente.
La calidad del producto, la verdad es que me ha decepcionado, a la semana de estar usándolo, y no mucho, ya se ha descosido por un lado.

Agradecemos que destaque la eficiencia de nuestro envío y embalaje. Sentimos mucho el inconveniente con la costura, pero tras analizar la fotografía que adjunta, nos gustaría aclarar lo sucedido para ayudarle.

Observamos que la funda queda excesivamente tirante. Al ser un sofá tipo "relax", este requiere una elasticidad superior que el modelo adquirido no posee. Esa tensión constante es la que ha provocado que la costura ceda, ya que el tejido está trabajando por encima de su capacidad.Para este tipo de sofás, disponemos de fundas específicas con mayor elasticidad (gamas superelásticas ) que evitan este problema. Siempre recomendamos consultarnos antes de la compra; nuestro equipo le habría asesorado sobre el modelo técnico ideal para su sofá para evitar este tipo de daños.
