La entrega se realizó en los plazos indicados, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que me corría bastante prisa, algo que agradezco. Las fundas me gustaron, eran lo esperado, pero una de ellas me llegó rota, la hubiera devuelto pero por la urgencia de su uso no tenía margen para devolverla y esperar la confección y llegada de una nueva. Considero que se ha cuidado poco el resultado final del producto antes de entregarlo.

Entendemos la urgencia de tener que colocarla tan pronto te llegase a casa. No obstante, si te hubieses puesto en contacto con nuestro departamento de atención al cliente podríamos haberle repuesto la funda sin problema, gratuitamente, al tratarse un error de confección. Además disponemos de stock inmediato, por lo que al día siguiente lo podrías haber tenido en casa.

Simplemente te lo indicamos para que lo tengas en cuenta para tu próxima compra. Nuestras fundas pasan por un proceso de revisión previo a la salida desde almacén, pero puede ser que en ocasiones, haya algún desperfecto.

Ottimo copridivano, molto facile da mettere. Grazie alla sua elasticità calza alla perfezione, grazie ai supporti forniti resta sempre in ordine. Molto resistente (anche al cagnolino che cerca di "scavare"!), si lava in lavatrice e ci impiega pochissimo ad asciugare. Bel tessuto e bei colori. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
