livraison parfaite avec GLS. Par contre rien n'est prévu pour les retours. (à la charge du client).
Il n'y a pas de contact avec un service après vente, en tous les cas je ne l'ai pas trouvé, mais le retour et le remboursement se sont bien passés.

Housse de très bonne qualité, très élastique, facile à installer. J'ai juste été déçue par le coloris qui n'est pas tout à fait comme sur la photo. (le coloris appelé blanc et qui apparait gris moucheté sur la photo est réellement blanc !)
un gros bémol cependant, en cas de retour, les frais sont à la charge du client et il faut tout renvoyer en espagne....ça coûte cher !
